If there is a draft, every American will rally against the decision and refuse to serve. The only way the government will ensure a draft is if they force it on us. Then it will be rebellion as it will be the final tolerance of oppression. I highly doubt the government will be that foolish as to reinstate it, with the increasing dissent amongst every institution.
